These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. "Vantaram", "we" and "us" mean Vantaram Jewellery, Flat #403, Building #314, 6th A Cross, Dharma Avenue, OMBR Layout, Banasawadi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure: anyone who can receive your codes can use your account. Please give us accurate details, especially your delivery address. If you are under 18, place orders with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Our products

Vantaram makes fashion jewellery: gold-plated or gold-toned metal alloys set with synthetic stones and pearls. It is not solid gold, silver or natural gemstones. Each piece is finished by hand, so small variations between pieces are normal, and colours may look slightly different on your screen.

To keep the finish bright, keep pieces away from water, perfume and lotions, and store them in the box they came in. Plating naturally softens with wear over time. This is not a defect.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a piece is out of stock, was listed at an obviously wrong price, can't be delivered to your pincode, or if we suspect the payment is fraudulent.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Delivery is covered in our Shipping and Exchange policy, and cancellations and refunds in our Cancellation and Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Content on this site

Our designs, photographs, logo and text belong to Vantaram. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the product, up to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
